Ed Sheeran and young people performing together during a TRACKS Sheffield live pop up performance

"Woke up this mornin', went to TRACKS, everything is free yeah even the snacks. TRACKS is so good it's actually insane, it'll put some funky beats into your brain."

How your support helps
At TRACKS, we believe music changes lives. We work with care-experienced and marginalised young people across Sheffield, offering free, inclusive sessions where creativity is encouraged, barriers are broken, and young voices are celebrated.

Many of the young people we support face challenges such as poverty, exclusion from school, unstable housing, or disability. These barriers often leave them feeling overlooked and unheard. TRACKS provides a safe space where they can grow in confidence, build friendships, and develop both musical and life skills.

Through workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and professional studio sessions, we help young people write, record, and perform their own music. Most importantly, we now want to support them in taking the next step: releasing their songs to the world. With guidance from our team of active music professionals, they’ll learn not only how to create music but how to share it, connect with audiences, and see real possibilities for their future.

Your support makes this possible. Every donation helps us fund studio time, mentoring, equipment, and showcases—giving young people the chance to dream big, be heard, and take their first steps into the music industry.

Together, we can build a future where every young person, no matter their background, has the opportunity to create and release music that matters.

This is what you could support.

£30 per month

This will support one young person with a Saturday mornings tuition each week for an entire year.

£100 per month

This will pay for a dedicated member of staff to run our choir each week. The choir grows each week with more and more families hoping for their children to join. Currently we offer around 50 spaces every week.
